Information regarding the departure point, requirements, and details included in bookings are specified for each activity.
1. Booking conditions and payments:
- 100% Payment: To confirm the booking, it is essential to pay 100% of the activity price at the time of booking.
- Payment methods: Only card payments (credit or debit) are accepted through our secure gateway.
- Voucher: After payment, you will receive your booking number. Please present it to the instructor upon your arrival (arrive at least 20 min in advance).
2. Cancellation policy
- Full refund if Blueride cancels due to weather conditions or force majeure. We will offer you to change the date or activity; if no agreement is reached, the full amount will be refunded.
- No refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation by the customer.
- Suspension of the activity due to intoxication or under the influence of drugs.
- Failure to follow the instructor/guide's instructions.
3. Claims and complaints:
Complaint forms are available to the customer.
4. Satisfaction survey:
To improve our services, we have satisfaction surveys available.
5. Moped rental conditions:
The specific moped rental conditions (minimum age, license type, deposit, insurance, etc.) are detailed in the corresponding section of each activity.
